I stayed at the Sokos Hotel Tapiola Garden on my last trip to Espoo, Finland. The hotel restaurant is a Spanish-themed placed called Sevilla, and their tapas aren't bad. Since it was snowy and freezing several nights on this trip. I enjoyed Sevilla several times.

(more after the jump)

Creamy garlic soup, with a toast point and tomato sauce.

A tapas trio of my choosing:  Onion rings with chili mayo, patas bravas (potatoes) with aioli (mayo), and chorizo sausage.  The onion rings were so-so, but the potatoes and the chorizo were quite good.

Tapas starter platter on the Winter menu:  Machengo cheese with honey and pecans.  Codfish tartare with lime juice (in the shot glass).  Sliced salmon marinated in lime juice, and sliced beef in a stock reduction.

Not a tapa, but an entree:  Eggplant layered with grilled cheese.

Machengo cheese with mojo on toast.

Serrano ham and fresh tomato on toast.  This and the cheese above it are "pinxtos," or light bites.

White sangria!  Sevilla has a good red sangria as well.

Crema Catalana

Cheesecake.

Chocolate cake with coffee ice cream.

and a cappuccino!
